    I have read the doctor's "expert" opinion.  All I can say is that anyone who does not consider C-Reactive Protein as a risk factor in CAD does not know his medicine and is more concerned with the growing cost of testing that preventing the pittfalls of a coronary event.  I guess it is a question of what we put first:  human values or economic values. Doctors should do these tests and then advise patients what to do to improve their health.
