I just found out yesterday about my mucle around the heart thickening. Most of my family have died from heart disease. What can I do to reverse it? I have had a stent placed in my L.A.D. and am now on 2 blood pressure medications. What foods should I avoid and which foods should I eat. I am very much overweight and I also have diabetes. This was a good answer for me Thank you!!
