    Too often we hear about smoking or other unhealthy habits that are dangerous to the heart.


    However, I encourage you to read the many references I have about the dangers of light and moderate alcohol to not only the heart but to the rest of the body. The public has been deceived about the supposed health benefits of alcohol/wine. See the many sub-topics under the topic "Alcohol" - I only address the risks of smaller amounts, not excess.
