What if my blood pressure is different in both arms?

By Dr. Larry Weinrauch, Health Pro Tuesday, March 27, 2007
Blood pressure measurement should be the same in both arms since the heart pumps the blood to all places at the same pressure. It is common for people to have a bit of difference in blood pressure between the right and left arms because we don’t take the blood pressure in both arms at the s...

My dr. measured 2 times different preassure in arms.Left had 130/80, right 160/80.

Between these 2 measurmnets others were normal (difference of max 10)

I ve checked hart with chardiologist (collor dopller ultrasound device), everything was perfect, did ergometrics in january 2008, also perfect.

But chardiologist recommended that  should do MR angiogram becuase of suspecion of blocked or something wrong in arch of arthery that goes to arms (subclavia or something like that).

Went for other opinnion that rejected any possibillity of that becaouse he said that that state cant be changable (i thing he tought its not posssible that most of the time my BP is same in arms, and sometimes different, and he would hear some noises (somewhere arround heart probablly).

I got to the gr first place because i ended in ER 3 times during sleep when i woke up feeling loos of breath, preassure in chest, fighting not to faint and instantly had need to go to toilet)

Whichs dr oppinion u preffer?

If there is really any problems with BP differece could it couse something like that and could it be dangereous or is it just panic attack problemthat my dr. supposed first till she didnt check my BP on both hands once?

thnx
