I have been experiencing some come and go pain in chest and left arm, very tired at times and some pain in my upper back. The last time this happened (5 yrs ago)Emer Dr says unspecified chest pain as diagnosis. Paternal G-mom, paternal uncles and father sudden fatal attacks. What to do.

Thanks so much for your post Deb. I suspect by now you have consulted with your doctor and been check out. If not you should really get seen soon. Chest pain is not something you should ever hesitate investigate.
As well, if you are not satisfied with your doctor, you could consider seeing someone else for a second opinion.
