I agree with your comments about Heart Recovery.  I just wanted to mention that I have been taking Natural products ( vitamins and supplements) that seem to be helping me alot with the High Blood Presuure, Cholestrol and Weight Loss.

 

One product that I am taking is called Rice 'n Shine.  It is a very good product.
