Beware of the signs

By perezs Tuesday, September 25, 2007

My first heart attack, I had no signs except for some pain in my jaw.I went to the doctor because I thought I had a bad tooth and found out I had a heart attack 3 weeks prior.  2nd heart attack was 9 months later with more pain in the jaw, but a lot worse from the 1st.  1st time had to have a stent placed in the artery, 2nd time I had to have 3 small ateries unblocked with angioplasties(?).  Beware of the signs, they can be tricky especially if you have any type of stomach problems; ulcers, gerd, etc. I have gerd and never thought of my heart.  I'm in my mid 40's.  I hope to see 50.
