About Me

I am a Professional Golfer, and I thought I was reasonbly fit? My main problem was that  I smoked from the age of 15. When I had my Heart Attack in 1991, I was lucky enough to have had just a mild Attack, this gave me a warning & from there I managed to change my life style. Even with the life style change, the damage had been done. In 2005 I started with breathing problems but put it all down to Old Age. Then the tightness started, and the pain. After a few visits to the Doctors and Heart Specialists, I had a Double Bypass June 2006 in Broadgreen Liverpool. This was performed by Dr Dimmis, who was a marvellous Surgeon, and I am lucky enough to be telling the story. My best advice to anyone is DONT EVER SMOKE.
