Thanks cleo.  This is a great post and so neceesary to keep people informed of this sometimes "closet" topic.  We all have down days.  But when big problems or issues come up and we feel unable to cope, getting help is the only way to face depression head on.  Counseling and medication can surely work together to help those facing depression.

Reaching out to communities like ours is a great way to try and connect with others like yourself.  Talk to your doctor and find help if you need it.

    All the best, sue
