The 1st article about the Wheat Belly is interesting, but the food it recommends instead of wheat, such as lean meat, chicken, fish, eggs, etc. are all forbidden by Dr. Dean Ornish on his "Reversal Diet" which I am just now trying to follow (due to a left carotid artery block of 50-59%). Help!! He advocates nothing but fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and now I'm thoroughly confused!!!
