About Me

I am about to retire and looking forward to playing a lot of tennis, swimming and snorkeling, as well as exercising on machines to lose weight (want to go from 196 to 185), but I am not sure what options I have because my treadmill test showed significant ST depression and the angiogram showed three blockages in arterial branches (90, 75 and 75 percent). My diet is pretty good, or at least better than it has been.
