Laser angioplasty or Atherectomy

I have a calcified blockage in the circumflex artery that doctors have been unable to remove, or even penetrate, using standard angioplasty technology. I have heard that laser might help. I would like to know of anybody's experience or about any hospital or doctor i could consult on this matter.
