do you have these symptoms

I have had low blood pressure for at least 5 - 6 years where when I lay down it is fine , sit up on the side of the bed it goes down and when I stand up It falls a lot more. Alternating Very low and high blood pressure

Hi I was wondering if sumone could give me some advice. I'm a 31 yr old female and have very low blood pressure and also bouts of high. I'm short of breath all the time.
