dx'd w/ cardiomyopathy at age 55. Recently married.mother of 2.

I am so mad can medtronix do anything right ?? I have an implanted pacemaker/defibrillator device. new diagnosis

I am newly diagnosed with single vessel coronary artery disease. I was prescribed Coreg 6.25 mg 2X daily and had to reduce that to 3.125 shortly after. Also taking isosorbide 30 mg. and nitroglycerin .4 mg as needed for chest pain. Pain and symptoms seemed worse after starting new meds. Any advice?
