I am so mad can medtronix do anything right ?? I have an implanted pacemaker/defibrillator device. I have angina around 4:00 to 5:00 am alot.

I have angina around 4:00 to 5:00 am alot. What is the risk of a heart attack and what do I need to do? I was just released from the hosp. because of angina. The local drs here have a habit of just releasing you if you have no insurance. I have 2 stints, CHF and COPD. Both parents died from heart problems and 2 brothers also.
