At a Glance

Heart disease is a serious condition that requires lots of care. Especially if the disease manifests itself in a related condition like a stroke, other people may have to step in to take care of the individual. Parental caregiving can go two ways – either the parent takes care of their child, or the child must take care of the parent. Both of these are common scenarios, especially for serious conditions like heart disease.
