If your loved one has heart disease, or has suffered from a stroke or heart attack, you will play an important role in taking care of them. As someone they love and trust, you can discuss important topics like lifestyle changes and continually encourage them to make those changes. Together you can exercise more, eat healthy, stop bad habits like smoking and keep an eye on each other’s health.
