Cardiac Rehab

At a Glance

Cardiac rehabilitation is a program that takes into a account the physical, mental and social functioning of a heart patient. The patient is medically supervised through the program that includes counseling, nutrition, exercise and other aspects with the goal of slowing or reversing heart disease.
