Exercise and weight loss, even if moderate, can reduce risk factors for heart disease, and other conditions. Changing your lifestyle to include a healthy diet and exercise, as well as changing your attitudes towards food are all key components to success. Maintaining an exercise routine, at least 150 minutes per week, will help control weight.
