Chest pains,left arm pain,tingling,could it be heart problems?

I have chest pain,nothing real bad but like a aching and sometimes a soreness. Also,I have pains in my left arm with my left hand getting a tingling feeling and sometimes getting colder than my other hand.and sometimes along with or after my arm an chest stop hurting my legs will have pains in them...
