Q: Looking for answers for Abnormal EKG findings please.

My husband fell down some steps & I took him to the ER as a precaution, to make sure nothing was broken/no concussion.  They were concerned about his heart, so they ran an EKG.  We were told he had an abnormal EKG & to follow-up with his reg. doc.  This is the results:  Vent. rate 72 bpm, PR interval 210 ms, QRS duration 100 ms, QT/QTc 436/477 ms,PRT axes 35 -43 45, Sinus rhythm w/1st degree AV block, left axis deviation, incomplete right bundle branck block, Inferior infarct, age undetermined, Abnormal ECG.

What does all this mean???  Does part of this mean he has had a heart attack before, and we didn't know it???  He is 50 years old, male caucasian, has had chest pains/pressure before but never complained of numbness in left arm or any shooting pains, usually related with heart attack.

Would greatly appreciate any help, as his regular doc is with the V.A. and it takes forever to get an appointment.
