Q: I am 25 years old. I feel my heart beat in my chest. Its irregular and misses beats. What is this?

I am 25 years old, not an athlete but not over weight. Over the past couple of months I have can feel my heart beating in my chest, my pulse is elevated in 100's and I can feel it skip beats. My blood pressure is normal in the 120's/ 70-80's. When taking my pulse it is irregular and I can feel the missed beats which are followed by a strong beat I feel. I rarely drink coffee, tea or caffiene products like pepsi. Is this something I should see a doctor about.
