Q: Hello Sir, i had an ecodoppler. The results show trivial mitral regurgitation , mild tricuspid regurgitation, normal left ventricular contraction, no LVH, EF 65%, and dystolic dysfuntion grade 1

I have untreated subclinical hypothyroidism with shortness of breath and palpitations since young with High level of cholesteroland LDL.

My questions are :

Does mild or trivial mitral valve regurgitation means having MVProlapse? and what about the condition of the valve in a mild tricuspid regurgitation?

Can dyastolic dysfonction grade 1 be reversed? if yes how , and could subclinical hypothyroidism be a factor for this kind of dysfunction?

Should antibiotics be taken for a long period of dental treatment?

Please could you bring some clarity on the whole?

Thank you Sir
