I am not a physician but I had blocked arteries and I was recommended to take 200mg daily which I have done for a few years. I have been on high dose cholesterol medicine and I believe the CoQ10 has helped alleviate side effects with muscles. CoQ10 I believe thins blood so if they have you on blood thinner ypu may want to run by physician prior to taking more. The best product I have found with a great formulation is www.thenutritionshoppe.net Reply
