Q: High LDL and Low HDL

My Lipid Profile report says that my LDL is high and HDL is low. My Cholesterol is 183, Triglyceride is 145, HDL is 31 and LDL is 121. Please enlighten how can I reduce my LDL without taking any medicine. I am 45, 6 Ft, Weight 90 Kgs, BP 110/70. My LFT, RFT and CBC tests are OK (within desirable limit).
