A friend died of a masive heart atttack. I want to know if her foaming at the mouth was a part of it for a first aid class discussion.

Hi family friend,
The symptoms that I am familiar with don't include foaming at the mouth. Here is a link that includes most of the things you would see with a heart attack.
Your physician may be able to tell you more about the likelihood of foaming at the mouth.
