I had these symptoms after gardening. I had to get up a couple of times
during the night to take a hot shower to relieve my discomfort. I have
allergies.
Q: Chest pain,a deep squeezing ache, on both sides.

You need to see a doctor immediately, as this could be cardiac related. But could be you also could have strained a muscle
