Q: how do i get help from a doctor if i have no health insurance?

i have had chest pains for 4 years now and cant get help.

Hi Chris,

 

Have you tried contacting different doctors to discuss your options?  Maybe see if the local health department has an suggestions or programs available.

i have tried the health dept. im gonna try another clinic, ive been to about all of them but they wont do the test reguired to check my problem, no insurance. the emergency room at our hospital told me to have a stress test done and a EDG but i cant afford the test, without insurance they want cash. ive been in the ER so many times over this and all they do is shoot me up with pain killers and send me home. they have never done anything to fix or find out the problem.
