Is it serious to have a right bundle branch block?

Mary
10/24/08

Should I be worried?  I have low blood pressure and chlorestol pretty good.  But, family history on my dad's side My 2 aunts died of massive heart attack at the ages from late 50's and early 60's.  And my grandmother also died early 60's from hear attack.  My dad head a heart attack ended up with a Triple Bypass and my daddy's brother had a by pass also and the only 2 living passed 70.  But my dad's mom and sister all died early.  My genetics on my dad's side is not good.  I'm 47 years old white female and and my doctor found this Right Bundle Branch Block today from my EKG she compared it to last years ekg and there was a difference.  Is this serious?
