Is it serious to have a right bundle branch block?

Should I be worried?  I have low blood pressure and chlorestol pretty good.  But, family history on my dad's side My 2 aunts died of massive heart attack at the ages from late 50's and early 60's.  And my grandmother also died early 60's from hear attack.  My dad head a heart…
