Am I going to lose the extra fluid after a prostheteic valve and aorta replacement?

I'm a 34 y/o female who is overweight and a prior smoker. Almost 2 weeks ago I had my valve and aorta replaced due to a leaky valve and a 6.5 cm anneurysm on my aorta. I still haven't gotten down to my pre-surgery weight. Before I was on 200mg of Lasix per day and also 200 mg of another fluid pill...
