Q: severe exercise induced asthma!!!

I have Excericse induced asthma and i have tried medicine but it never seems to work?

My doctor put me on advair and it works but i always forget to take it at night (it has to be taken twice a day) so it only ends up working like half of the season for my sport and when it doesn't work after i finish my race(5k) i have a severe asthma attack where i can't breathe barely at all because my airway is so small. afterwards i feel so tired and even during just a normal practice i have asthma attacks. i am tired of it all what else can i try?this also affects my breathing during my race and actually makes me slow down so i can breathe. please help!
