lack of sleep, pain killer and heartache

Im 26 female , every time I do not get enough sleep or taking painkiller for my headache , i ll get heartache specially during sleep but most of the time it is all gone by morning.I was wondering what would be the reason! is there anything serious about my heart or it is just because i m weak?
