Also he was having more pain when he breaths. And lately he is complaining about his arm hurting too.

Hi Dina,
I recommend that your boyfriend see his physician ASAP or go to the emergency room. These are both symptoms of a heart attack but only a doctor can tell you if that is the actual cause of the pain.
