been having chest pains

i have been having chest pain and the doctor ordered blood work with the levels coming back for LDH -1956, CK-14022 and CK-MB-14022, the doctor hasn't called me back, but i looked up my labs and these levels are extremely abnormal, should i be concern and call the doctor
