I am not feeling well at all, and whilst out shopping, I had a funny turn, all the top half of my body was in severe pain, especially my back,and inbetween my chest, I think its your sternam, there was a severe pain., I have trouble breathing properly, and go dizzy, the spell lasts approx 20-30mins.and then dies down to bearable pain, in my shoulders, arms, and all around my neck, and middle body it was a very fr adviseightening experience, after this has happened, my whole body is twitching, even my legs and toes. can you advise me whether to go to hospital or not                    Thank you
