Hello tonia,
Two points.
Low blood pressure is not tremendously concerning unless it is suddenly low and you are having symptoms. Symptoms of low blood pressure include dizziness and light-headedness. If you are young and healthy and without other health problems, consider yourself lucky, as lower blood pressure decreases the risk of heart disease. If you do take medication for blood pressure, you may be taking too much. Again, suddenly lower blood pressures are concerning, especially if you have established heart disease.
Regardless, you should contact your physician soon about your blood pressure concerns. Only a physician who knows your history, the medications you take, and is able to examine you can acurrately tell you whether your blood pressures are concerning.
To your health,
Neil MD
