Yes, it is possible to experience heart related symptoms on the right side, and the right shoulder. Atypical symptoms are more common in females and should not be ignored. The safest thing you can do is contact your physician for an appointment to have this evaluated. After a history, physical examination and electrocardiogram, your doctor will be in a better position to tell if this is something to be concerned about. He may request further tests to be sure.
