Yes, it is possible to experience heart related symptoms on the right side, and the right shoulder. Atypical symptoms are more common in females and should not be ignored. The safest thing you can do is contact your physician for an appointment to have this evaluated. After a history, physical examination and electrocardiogram, your doctor will be in a better position to tell if this is something to be concerned about. He may request further tests to be sure.

Symptoms of Heart Attack in Women
Identify possible symptoms sooner than later.
My friend have pain on her right arm up to her chest, it hurt so bad she can't sleep. Could this be an early sign of a heart attack?
