Isosorbide mn 60mg if you crush this pill one a day what would be the side effects

83 year old lady was isosorbide mn time release and the Dr. said to cuush because she cannot take pills so I had 2 doctors tell me it could stop her heart.  3 hydralazine 3 a day 50 mg has a patchnitroglycerin 0.4 and she takes phenllytoin 125/5 1/-1/4 twice a day  and has catapres-tts 3 patchb-1 weelly and lisinopril40 mg twice a day and she takes cadrafate 10ml twice a day  81 baby aspirin and she went out of her head and back into thse Hospital because Margit can't drink alot of water because she took part of her tong in a seizures and is hard to get water down. This lady has a Stroke in 10/15/03 and she is bed bond, heart attack 2004,seizures 2004, Aphasia, 7/9/05 UCSD 5 weeks put her 15 mg Viproxin she came out not talking but understand every thing that is going on.  She is only taking phenllytoin, and 20mg of lisinopril cadrafate and the catapres 3 and 81 baby.  aspirin  She is home and she is doing much better.  The question how can I keep the Doctor from trying all these Drugs when it makes Margit so sick screaming and crying.  Margit was in Germany in the Second World War and was captured and was tortured and sexually molested and  for about 5 years by the Russian  So Margit suffers from untreated posttraumatic stress disorder.  When she takes Drug it triggers the fears from the past because she is not sure what is going with her head.  I have been taking care of Margit sence 2002.   I compleatly understand her and love her and I treat her with love and compassion.  So I need some help with the Drug reactions  Thanks Kathryn
