Q: I am having major pain in my mouth, gum throbbing and dental pain all over my mouth.

I had some ice cream yesterday and have major pain and throbbing in my mouth, gums, and teeth since then. It's strange because it's all of them! Anyone know what this could be?

Hi Ellen,

It's hard to say when is causing your mouth/gum pain.  This can be a side effect of some medications.  I recommend you discuss with your physician to determine the cause and your treatment options.

All the best,
