I take 4mg of Atacand daily and live at 9500 ft. and have recently lost 30lbs. My husband and I clear lots of fallen timber and saw down trees for our winter fire wood.  I also clean houses and am very active.  Lately, the last year or so, I have noticed that when I physically work hard, my blood pressure drops to 100/58 or even lower.  This happens in the early afternoon. I also have shortness of breath and dizziness.  I drink lots of water while working.  My doctor has no idea of what is going on.

Is this normal?
