Urgent question about blood pressure drops and heart rate increases after exercise,

Jason3Cao
08/15/08

I am an Asian, 5'5" and 128 lbs, I have been exercising regularly past year, 4 days per week. Ofentimes, about 15 mins later after 1.5 hour exercise, my blood pressure drops from 115/85 to 105/80, and heart rate increases from 70~80 to 100~105 BPM. I have shortness of breath of one day office work, and some times feel uncomfortable with my heart (such as nervous, want to lay in bed). Am I in risk of heart disease? what should I do? thanks

Hello,Im not positive about everything but it isnt abnormal for a heat rate to drop after excrsize, normally during excersize your heart rate rises due to exertion and after you top it does lower again.Jim
