Q: what causes an enlarged heart and is it serious? also tortuosity of the aorta

I started having shortness of breath and cannot take a deep breath unless i yawn or turn in a certain position. this started about a month ago. my regular dr had me have a chest x ray and ekg. it showed enlarged heart, tortuosity of the aorta and pulmonary hyperinflation. I do not smoke. what does all this mean? i am so fatigued and shortness of breath is getting worse. please help me
