Q: needle like pain on right side of chest

HI I am 42 years old, height 6ft and weight 150kg for last few days i am experiencing needle like pain ( at times ) on right upper side of breast approx 4~5 inches away from my underarm ( the intersection point of arm with body )the pain stays for few second and then vanihes, however at time of pain when i press my point of pain from above it gives temp relief.please advise
