Hi Saps415:

By and large sharp chest pains, that last a few seconds, or are worse with movement are not due to heart blockages.  Swelling of the arm could be important- sometimes blood clots will cause swelling.

If all the muscles swell this is not generally a heart related condition.

If you are concerned it would be wise to see your doctor and have them examine you.  You'll want to make sure its not something important.

Sorry this is a short answer, but you really need to have a physical exam to determine what this condition might be.

take care,
