Thanks for your question.

 

I suggest you go to the emergency room as soon as possible for an evaluation.  Chest pain that occurs in a patient with a known abnormal EKG is assumed to be cardiac until proven otherwise.  Certainly, more information is needed to make a determination of the cause, but this would best be done in an emergent setting.
