Q: My heart was beating really hard and my arms were falling asleep.

While i was laying in bed my heart began beating really hard all of a sudden. this has happened before and usually goes away just as quickly as it started. but this time it lasted maybe 20 minutes. my arms felt like they were falling asleep and when i tried to sit up i felt like either my head was going to explode or i was going to pass out. i layed back down on my right side and eventually it stopped. could something be wrong?
