SURENDRA,

I'm not quite sure what your question is, but hopefully, I will be able to give you information that will be useful.

Plavix is an anticoagulant pill that works on the platelets, small particles in the blood stream, to help prevent them from sticking together, the first part of the process in forming clots.  This anti-platelet activity is enhanced when combined with aspiring, which also has anti-platelet properties.

Aspirin works on platelet by blocking a enzyme in the clotting process.  It comes in two doses: baby aspirin which has 81 milligrams (mg); and regular aspirin which contains 325 mg.  Doctors will prescribe one dose on another depending on your situation and their experiences.  The aspirin and the plavix are both taken once daily.

People taking aspirin and/or plavix may experience some prolonged bleeding if they have a cut or scratch.  People with history of ulcer disease are at a higher risk of developing bleeding in their stomach and should let their doctor know if they have a history of ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding.  Plavix and aspirin should not affect your bowel movements.  But should you notice that your are passing blood in your bowel movement, or are experiencing dark/black, tarry stools, you should contact your physician immediately.

I hope this has been helpful.  Best wishes.
