hello, i've written to yr site before.
i am 32 fem with underactive hashimotos. i've been having palpitations
which make me crazy. i could be just sitting doing nothing and start having them.
they are not always the same. sometimes i get them with slight tachycardia
other times even with a pulse of 82/85. my bp is usually 10/6 - 11.7
and i do suffer from anxiety for a few months now. i haven't started any meds yet
my question is this are palpitations dangerous ??
and are they due to the anxiety ? i don't feel any pain or shortness of breath or anything like that just palps which make me sick with worry.
i had a stress test 2 yrs ago which passed with flying colours and a triplex of the
heart 9 months ago which was fine. had a clear ekg 3 months ago,
still i am worried it might be from my heart. funny thing is that very
rarely do i get them when i climb the stais in my flat or carry heavy shopping which i find odd. one time i had them at night and they only stopped for 30 min while i was intimate
with my husband (also find odd).
do i have a risk of heart disease ? i don't smoke i am 60 kgs and had a baby 11 months ago by c-section. have 2 previous natural deliveries.
