Q: Randomly I have attacks that feel burning in the chest and back. It feels like knives. There's pain in the face that feels like my nerves in my jaw/face are being electrocuted. It is hard to breathe.

I'm 21 just in case that helps any. These attacks last like for up to 30-40 minutes, but decrease in pain over that time.

Hi mpeterson727,

You should seek medical attention for an evaluation as your pain sounds intense.  Here is a link to review regarding Jaw Pain and Heart Issues and a link on Heart Attack Symptoms.
